Area 51 Comics:

Ok have always been a big Supes fan, not read the comic every week but I dig the mythos. So when Smallville started I picked it up. Now I tend to overlook a lot of the minor details in the show, because if it entertains I’m happy. Smallville has always been pretty solid as far as I’m concerned (maybe with the exception of the Doomsday arc that kinda got played out.) This season has me on the fence. My usual credo ” Even the bad episodes are watchable” has been sidetracked with the enormous amount of time devoted to Green Arrow. Maybe he got a better contract this year. Tonight aired “Absolute Justice” from the previews and the beginning few minutes I thought they were going to rip off Watchmen in a major way, the way they ripped off  “the Game” and “the Dark Knight” in previous episodes this season. I was wrong. This was a great peace of work. Not only was I entertained by the storytelling and timing, it also supported small details that they didn’t even explain. One might say Why couldn’t Clark just kick the bad guys ass at the end..cause he had magic on his side. and Hawkman’s mace  was made to fight magic! I would say the slow motion finale was a bit much but it did showcase!

One final note as I sum up loved Pam Greir !!! the Hint she dropped at the end was SMASHING. Please do a followup movie of this caliber with what she promised PLEASE!!!
